A first trip to Galway for me and while the rain didn’t hold up for most of the trip that didn’t stop the lads from putting on an excellent show! From the moment I pulled into the train station in Galway the cloud pored down heavy rain.
This was my 39th time seeing The Coronas live and I was delighted to see that Listen Dear and Get Loose seem to be sticking to the set list now!. The set was mostly the same as Fairview, which was brilliant, although I don’t think the setlist can be topped from the Christmas run of shows!
Sometimes its hard to think of new things to say about The Coronas live show as I think I have used almost all positive adjectives I can think of. ‘Amazing’ ‘Fantastic’ ‘Incredible’ are only tipping the iceberg.
Great energy and vibe from the entire show as always. Even though it rained and rained and rained, and rained, the bad weather was only a small part of what was a great trip to the west of Ireland.
Looking forward to seeing The Coronas again for the 40th time in Belfast on August 25th!
